Production Supervisor

Job Description : Production Supervisor – Plastic Industry Job Location – Dubai Salary – AED 5000 + Accommodation Industry – Plastic Manufacturing Job Requirements: • ITI / Diploma/Graduate • Minimum 8 years of experience working in a plastic manufacturing company as a Production Foreman/Production Supervisor • Must have experience PVC Injection Molding / PVC pipes / PPR • Must have strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes • Must have experience with production schedules and inventory control • Must have combination of technical knowledge, planning and leadership skills. • Must have good Microsoft Office skills. Job Responsibilities: • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic products. • Monitor and manage production schedules for timely delivery. • Coordinate and monitor flow of activities between related departments production. • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Set up machines and equipment • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies • Maintain budget and financial records according to company policies. • Proofread company documents before printing and releasing. • Develop work orders and schedules for upcoming productions.
