Job Description : Service Head for Automobile Industry in Nigeria Job Location : Nigeria Experience Required : 8 years Job Description : · Managing entire after sales service and Spare part operations with a view to achieve business objectives. · Ensure planning & Quality execution of Service promotional activities within given budget as per SOP. · Closing of customer complaints within 24 Hours. · Conduct regular audits of Service outlets and take action to improve audit score - BSR audits · Network Expansion & Development -Plan for new outlets Service& Spares in coordination with Regional heads to ensure service reach. · Planning , coordinating & organizing Service training as per plan.
