Chief Engineeer

Job Description : Chief Engineer - Scooter (Director Level) Location - Bangalore Salary Upto - 80-85 Lac Chief Engineer to lead the engineering team and oversee the development and production of our EV “Motorcycle”. As the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the design, development, and launch of our EV models are of the highest quality and meet all industry standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead the engineering team in the design, development, and production of our electric vehicle fleet ? Establish and maintain engineering standards and processes to ensure quality and consistency in all phases of product development ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure the successful launch of our EV models ? Identify and manage technical risks, including those related to cost, schedule, and performance ? Own technical issue de-bottlenecking ? Manage the product development budget and timelines ? Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers to ensure successful product development and launch ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EV engineering, and apply this knowledge to our product development strategy ? Mentor and coach the engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred ? Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in automotive engineering, with a focus on EV development and production ? Proven track record of leading successful product development programs from concept to launch ? In-depth knowledge of EV engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes ? Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ? Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ?
