Job Description : CEO - Retail Operations INDIA Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished CEO - Retail Operations to lead our company to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong and proven track record in retail operations. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and profitability while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve retail operations and drive growth - Lead and manage a team of executives and employees to achieve operational excellence - Oversee financial performance and manage budgets to ensure profitability - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and products - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred) - 10+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a retail organization - Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to lead and manage a team to achieve operational excellence Salary up to 2 cr plus esops
