Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER FRANCE A leading company in its field produces a wide range of organic and dietetic foods, favoring local supply chains. In this context, he is looking for his F/M production manager in charge of supervising the operational activity of his manufacturing workshops. Member of the management team, the production manager F/M intervenes more particularly on the following missions: Manage the team leaders, supervise the organization of production according to needs (80 people) Oversee site scheduling and provisioning Responsible for performance and indicators in production Support support teams (continuous improvement, maintenance, methods, quality, industrialization) Manage continuous improvement action plans and participate in the monitoring of material investments made on the site in conjunction with the maintenance and new works team Be a key player in site security Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and rules Participate in the development of budgets and projects related to the growth of the site Participate in cross-functional working groups at the group's various sites
