Job Description : SENIOR M&A MANAGER FRANCE The position is based in Lyon Our client, one of the world leaders in the field of consulting, is strengthening its teams by recruiting a senior M&A M/F In collaboration with the Team Manager and on the SME market, you will be required to: Supervise, support and develop the skills of the junior employees who make up the team Participate in the execution of mandates Creation of information memorandums Modelling, financial analysis and valuation Data room monitoring and negotiation support Participate in business development Strategic and sector analyzes Search for targets or potential buyers Realization of presentations to prospects (pitches) Participate in operating and cash flow outlook modeling Oversee regional acquisition, sale and fundraising operations Work as a team for a clientele of regional SMEs Coming from a Bac +5 training in finance, you justify a minimum of 12 years experience in M&A, TS or investment funds
