Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER EGYPT a leading player within the beverage manufacturing industry in Cairo, Egypt is currently seeking a technically inclined Plant manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization for their plant operations Reporting to the Operations & Supply Chain Director; - You will be responsible for planning, Organising and running all day-to-day operations for the manufacturing plant - Effectively reviewing beverage productions, costs and ensuring quality standards are maintained - Handling production output, quality and on- time shipping - Implement technical strategies to reduce manufacturing costs, increase productivity amongst work force, while ensuring all health and safety standards are met - You will be responsible for addressing engineering related or maintenance inquires - Providing monthly production reports and ensuring each plant facility is running efficiently You bring 10 years of International Plant Manager experience within a manufacturing industry Strong technical background is preferred Fluency in English is required Manufacturing Engineering degree is a plus Familiarity with industry standards and technical expertise is a plus Relocation for this role is required Expat package + benefits
