PMO Would Streamline the Processes, Project Estimation & Planning, Defines Goals & Objectives, improves Quality of the Projects. Roles & Responsibilities PMO Would Plays an important Role in the Success of the Projects. Project Kick-off to Project Deliver. To Create Project Structure-Project Progress ,Budget & Timeline ,Resource Utilization & Risk Assessment To Provide Data & Reports to the Management-on Project Progress Millstones ,Delivery Status, Financial Data on Cost Vs Budget etc The Incumbent Would be Responsible for Leading Project Management for all Various Business Units Effective Resource Planning & utilization To Create Processes & Workflows Simplify Communication & Team Collaboration Project-Related Training, Knowledge Sharing Across the Teams
