Job Description : Divisional Mgr (Mechanical Service Shutdown Plant Services) KSA Job Highlightsfor a leading Construction Company involved in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / EPC Projects Saudi Arabia. -B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 15+ years experience in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Gas Plants, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Mining etc. -Ensuring that shutdown resources provide a productive, efficient and cost-effective execution of TA/Shutdown schedules across work area. -Minimum 15+ years experience in shutdowns, turn around that includes works, revamping, retrofits, debottlenecking in Gulf. -Experience with SABIC and ARAMCO will be preferred -Having good technical knowledge on industrial equipments /Services like hydro jetting, super suckers, chemical cleaning works not limited to supervision role only. -Direct engagement to maintain asset like hydro-jetting machines, bundles pullers, super suckers, chemical cleaning works -Having good knowledge in estimation and their KPIs for productivity compliance in line with best practices -Strong technical understanding of maintenance management and industrial equipments. -Proven leadership skills with large organizations. -Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems. -Strategic management skills. -An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment.
