Project Civil Manager

Job Description : PROJECT CIVIL MANAGER OMAN Responsible for overall control of projects allocated to him Responsible for review of tender submissions and communication with the customer with respect to queries, project plans, progress and complaints Responsible for contract review process to ensure that all requirements of the customer has been considered Develop a cost effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilisation of resources Responsible for planning projects and ensuring that all bottlenecks which arise are suitably resolved Responsible for planning, allocation of material, manpower and machinery Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and labourers to monitor the progress of construction activities Coordinating with QA/QC personnel for inspections and stage clearances Ensure that employees are given proper induction and training. Adopt standards for assigning PPE to employees, insist on strict enforcement and make spot field checks to determine compliance Evaluate his project team's health and safety performances Manage with strong health and safety attitudes and a clear understanding of specific duties and responsibilities Desired Candidate Profile The incumbent should have full-time work experience of at least 10 years experience as a project manager in Industrial building projects BE / B tech civil engineering graduate with computer skills is mandatory HSE induction, IFR, HTS, CMC SLM training PMP certification is mandatory HSE knowledge and skills required mandatorily
