Job Description : HEAD AFTER SALES SERVICE NIGERIA Minimum 8 years of experience in automobile industry. 3 Wheelers experience is mandatory. Must be having experience into servicing, procurement and spare parts handing. Key responsibilities- Network Development, Brand Building, People Management, Financial & Budget management. Education- Diploma/Graduation in Mechanical/Automobile engineering. Nationality- Indian (Preferred) JOB PURPOSE: Managing entire after sales service and Spare part operations with a view to achieve business objectives. Ensure planning & Quality execution of Service promotional activities within given budget as per SOP. Closing of customer complaints within 24 Hours. Conduct regular audits of Service outlets and take action to improve audit score - BSR audits Network Expansion & Development -Plan for new outlets Service& Spares in coordination with Regional heads to ensure service reach. Planning , coordinating & organizing Service training as per plan.
