Job Description : COSTING AND MIS MANAGER NIGERIA 10+ years experience Capable of generation of Cost Sheets from the extracted data from system with reconciliation with P&L Accounts. Sound understanding of process and process flow for ensuring data accuracy in cost sheets. Circulate the actual data with users and interact with him for corrections. Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS. Responsibilities :- Generate logics to prepare cost sheets and also implement the same in existing IT Systems and any new system as and when implemented in organisation. Timely submission of reports on Monthly / Quarterly / Annual or any other periodic basis Ensure timely compliances and fully support management from time to time as and when required. Close coordination with various department for capturing data and challenging the departments for optimisation of cost without compromising the quality and efficiency. Timely submission of reports. Time to time study of financial statement for cleansing of data and follow-up with Vendors, Debtors, Creditors, and various other reconciliation purpose, and create awareness. Core Functional Area :- Preparation of Cost Sheet and allocation of common cost on actual data with reconciliation with Trial Balance / PL A/C. Preparation of various MIS reports related to efficiency and technical parameters of various process. Intraction with functional people on regular basis for data validation and resolution
