Job Description : CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER KENYA 12+ years experience · Candidate must have minimum 8+years hands on experience in the experience in a project Manager position and should have handled Residential Project of G+ 10. · Work with internal groups such as program management, engineering, procurement, transaction management and operations teams, internal clients to ensure the appropriate project delivery and maintaining good relations · Excellent time management, prioritization, collaboration, people, communication, presentation. · Ability to speak, read and write English fluently · Knowledge/experience in use of Project Management software/tools (Microsoft Project) . · Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences .
