Job Description : INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING MANAGER THAILAND Reporting Plant Manager, you will play a key role in operational excellence for factory performances, making recommendations relating to capacity, cost and continuous improvement. Leading in the operation field to deliver high quality products safely with efficiency Managing overall manufacturing conversion cost and Led cost reduction program Responsible to complete the submissions of all small minor projects liaising with key cross functional stakeholders to gain alignment on the proposal Reviewing and approving proposed equipment layouts, operational designs and material flows toward achieving plant long-term objectives Supporting Plant Manager co-create the site master plan Supporting activities prioritised by the regional to drive improvements in service levels and cost Leading the site in review of global benchmarking data to improve performance. Share global performance initiatives and information across the regional supply community Responsible for the use of Plant Toolkits Consolidates all site input for global supply benchmarking reports Facilitates regional and global reviews for Plant Managers Supporting global plant tool deployment onsite Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering management in manufacturing operation Experience in operational excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, or business operating Good command of spoken and written in English is a must Possessing good interpersonal skills and communication skills
