Job Description : Vice President - Corporate Planning & Development UAE Major Philippine Multi-National Corporation Excellent Career challenges with genuine growth opportunities Key M&A and Corporate Development Role Location: Dubai, UAE leading Multi-National Engineering, Construction and Project Development Corporation with major interests in the fields of LNG, Power/Energy, Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Projects across SE Asia, India and Middle East. With the continued drive to both capture their Vision and the opportunities to service their clients globally, they seek a competent Corporate Planning & Development professional to join their team. Reporting the SVP Corporate Planning, the role of VP, Corporate Planning & Development is a high-visibility role with significant interface with the Senior Executive team (CFO/CEO etc..). The role will be responsible for executing M&A deals, fundraising, and contributing to corporate development initiatives. The VP will work closely with the senior management team, including the CEO / CFO /SVP Corporate Planning, and be involved in all aspects of deal sourcing, execution, and operations. The candidate will also get exposure to BD / Sales opportunities. Responsibilities can be summarized as follows: · Part of team that executing M&A deals and capital raising transactions. · Developing and maintaining relationships with investors, bankers, and other stakeholders. · Contributing to the company's strategic planning and corporate development initiatives. · Conducting financial analysis, modelling, and due diligence for potential transactions. · Managing transaction teams and coordinating with external advisors. To succeed in this role, we expect the successful candidate would have: · An MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution. · Minimum of 12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. · Demonstrated experience executing M&A transactions and raising capital. · Strong financial modelling, analytical, and due diligence skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. · Experience and understanding of the LNG, Power/Energy, Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Projects sectors across Middle East would be well regarded. · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
