Job Description : GM BEVERAGE SALES DRC ARGET ORIENTED LEADER, to maintain current sales and distribution channel, add new client base area wise, support area sales manger to improve sales, Mange client wise, area wise, product wise data base. Mange smooth and consistent client wise sales and distribution in Kinshasa city which has 20mn population, 50km geographic area to cover. The post holder will work under the supervision of line management but will also be expected to work under own initiative. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance of relationship with all team members and clients. KEY STRENGTH 1) Maintain customer wise stock levels, Area wise client base, Product wise target. 2) Capable to prepare, manage and execute daily route plan of the team. 3) Leading and guiding team to achieve their Daily, Weekly, Monthly targets. 4) Coordinate with team to complete timely delivery & Payment. 5) Capable to analyze and utilize existing client database to improve the sales. 6) Excellent communication skill, good knowledge of computer. 7) Aggressive sales leader, who can boost the confidence in sales team. 8) Minimum Experience of 10 years in Sales and distribution in food and beverages 9) Develops business plans, sales process, distribution system, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goal and profitability.
