Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO CANADA a leading expert in direct-to-consumer retail auto parts distribution, to assist them in finding a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join their senior leadership team. Our client has successfully been in business for over 40 years, serving customers across North America. We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s operations and ensure the business is running efficiently while promoting a positive company culture. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership positions, with experience managing operations and leading teams. This individual will possess excellent knowledge and understanding of marketplace channels, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc., including experience working with/for a mass merchandiser. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee operations and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are in place across the entire organization • Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize profitability and financial stability • Establish policies that promote a positive company culture and vision • Drive extensive and sustainable growth of the overall business • Develop, train, and manage a high-performing cross-functional team QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or Finance • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership positions, with a track record of success in managing large-scale operations and leading teams in a fast-paced growing organization • Ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team • E-commerce fulfillment experience preferred • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Knowledge of current financial and business computer applications
