Key Abilities: Retail Domain Knowledge,Budgeting & forecasting,Resourceful, Market research,Data Analytics,Supply Chain Logistics, People Management, Competitive Intelligence, Stakeholder Management Role Objectives: PRIMARY/SHORT TERM 1. Creation of operational development blueprint in line with groups annual revenue plan 2. Run P&L management & budget forecasts 3. Identify & establish resources 4. Setting up of operations in new mandatedgeographical areas of expansion 5. Responsible for identifying businessdevelopment strategy 6. Oversee supply chain , Inventory mgt 7. Engage employee effectively 8. Establish best practices for sustainability & growth of operations 9. Establish policies that promote Companys vision 10. Design and implement standard people processes Evaluate the feedback from employee, customer, and stakeholders at regular intervals SECONDARY/LONG TERM 1. Align the company’s operations with international standards 2. Timely evaluation of business& Operational needs. 3. Implement changes, induce new strategies & do innovation based for overall improvement, performance, growth & revenues 4. Experience of latest Technologies for POS and Distribution Sales 5. Benchmark with competitors to create business USPs 6. Create a self-growing culture i.e. the culture which promotes the company’s growth 7. Sustain and increase business margins 8.
