General Manager

Job Description : GM VIETNAM Reporting to the senior leader of the company in Vietnam and work closely with Head Office in US, the General Manager shall take the responsibility of P&L management of the Vietnam company. Lead and manage the team Relationships with external stakeholders Manage P&L, capital expenditure and administration Manage end-to-end operational processes of the factory from production planning and purchasing to manufacturing, maintenance and outbound logistics Expand and grow the manufacturing footprint, drive standardisation of manufacturing practices, create the throughput model and debottleneck the capacity Drive product, manufacturing and quality excellence Preferred experienced within Mechanical Engineering manufacturing industry, metal fabrication is a plus Strong people and team leadership skills, high empathy and recognition of others Experience in working with Western culture and matrix structures Strong accountability and discipline Passion for driving lean operations, minimising waste and eliminating inefficiency qualifications in Engineering, Science or Manufacturing is a plus Lean Six Sigma IV / Black Belt or similar certifications are a plus Extensive factory management and leadership experience Experience of managing profit & loss responsibilities for manufacturing Experience in implementing lean systems and processes, TPS, Kaizen
