Process Engineering Manager

Job Description : PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER THAILAND high-calibre Process Engineering Manager (x 1 vacancy) based in Rayong to drive their production activities towards sustainable achievement and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to Engineering Manager, you will take the lead to ensure the production process performance, team engagement, monitor quality yield and maintenance of the proper process parameters together with corrective and preventive action for troubleshoot issues. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus and provident fund. Manage plastic injection moulding, painting, and assembly process to meet highest production efficiency Supervise to provide project status to engineers and guidance to technicians for machine and tooling evaluation including support machine set up and validation Design line lay out, manpower, line balancing, work instruction, training, quality yields and OEE Support launching new products to mass production to meet production daily output Lead technical plant VA/VE activity to meet customer requirement, and drive continuous improvement project within the department and across the plant Taking part of global weekly meeting for benchmark activities and others assign as global team request Ensure the workplace condition meet ISO certifications, the safety standard and meet environment’s requirements To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead and unite effectively and possess a keen understanding of plastic injection and painting operations for multinational organisation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with master’s degree is a plus At least 12 years’ in process or manufacturing experience with an international manufacturer Great communication and presentation skills Direct & practical experience in manufacturing process and lean manufacturing Fluent English and Thai ( preferred) due to the nature of business
