The CFO is a senior leadership position for a qualified leader managing organisational financial performance. The CFO is responsible for the effective management of the business’s financial and business strategy and day to day operations. The position is required to understand the strategic direction of the business and provide financial planning tools and professional advice to the Management Team/Board. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives Manage the budgeting and forecasting process Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making Oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions Manage cash flow and ensure the company has adequate funding to support its operations Develop and maintain relationships with investors and other financial partners Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements Manage risk and implement effective risk management strategies Lead and mentor the finance team Requirements: Previous experience as a CFO or similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities The successful candidate will be joining the business during a period of significant growth. Strategic decision making and enhancing processes and system throughout this process will be required.
