Process Engineer

Job Description : PROCESS ENGINEER NIGERIA Note: B.E/B.Tech Chemical Engineer with 15-20 years of experience is required Candidate shall have worked on all major process engineering activities and calculations. Should understand LNG/ GPP/ Refinery/ Fertilizer plants. • Worked on Basic Detailed Engineering of LNG/ GPP/ Refinery/ Fertilizer • Must have handled various process activities for FEED and EPC projects • Prepared Process Design Basis/Philosophies • Prepared Heat and Material Balance (HMB) reports Developed Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (PID), Material Selection Diagram (MSD) • Pump Hydraulics Safety Valve Scenario Identification, Calculations using API 520/521, ASMEB 31 Section VIII standards and Datasheet preparation • Prepared Process Datasheets and Instrument Datasheets • Prepared Cause Effect (CE) Matrix and Control logic, Line List • Interface coordination with client for the review of process engineering deliverables, other engineering disciplines.
