General Manager

Job Description : GM MOROCCO Large local group, leader in its sector(s) (local & international shareholders) specializing in the agricultural/agri-food sector, is looking for an M/F General Manager as part of its transformation. In direct contact with the shareholders, you will ensure the performance of a group with multiple subsidiaries and a large workforce, for this your missions will be the following: - Co- define the group's strategy with the shareholders (to whom you will have regular reporting ) and ensure operational deployment by being the relay with the subsidiaries. - As a charismatic leader, you animate your management team by stimulating a collaborative and participative dynamic, help in the analysis of causes/problems by being able to make arbitration decisions. Also, you maintain the culture of strong belonging to the group by embodying the values??of benevolence and respect. - Supervise all relevant aspects of the organization through internal relays (industrial, purchasing, supply, logistics, finance, management, etc.), follow-up of commercial development with the aim of sustaining the activity and studying market opportunities. - Also, you are in charge of managing the annual budget, investments and staffing needs, employee management and team development With a higher education such as a Business/Management/Management School or an Engineering School (Master 2/ BAC+5), you have 10 years of significant experience as general manager in technical/complex environments. You have a good knowledge or sensitivity to the agricultural/agri-food world. Charismatic, you have real relational and managerial qualities associated with an analytical mind and have a strong operational capacity. A level of proficiency in French, Arabic and English is essential.
