Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO MALAYSIA a leading tile manufacturer in the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), you will be responsible for driving extensive and sustainable growth to the group business. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Oversee daily operations of the company supply chain (Factory, Logistic, Purchasing and Sales) · Develop and implement operating policies aligned with the MD's objectives for effective execution of company goals · Design and implement business strategies, procedures, and culture to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness · Lead employees to maximum performance and encourage dedication · Evaluate newly implemented sales plans to achieve sales target and develop new markets · Upgrade and implement appropriate system of policies, internal controls and procedures · MSc or BSc in Business or related fields (MBA preferred) · Minimum 15 years of experience in leadership positions within MNCs · Proven track record in manufacturing environment within building materials or related industries · Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and business development · Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities · Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills The successful candidate will be entrusted to steer the business in Malaysia and the region for a leading tile manufacturer.
