General Manager Accounts

Job Description : GM ACCOUNTS INDIA CTC 65 LPA a listed Pharma company and is one of the leaders in the generics business. They are currently looking to hire someone to lead their Financial Reporting and Accounting function · Effective coordination for timely financial closing and reporting on monthly / quarterly / annual basis · Follow and monitor best accounting practice and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. · Coordination with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely and smooth completion of audits, be the SPOC · Review and automate accounting process where required and bring efficiency. Build capabilities in areas like BI, P2P, etc · Be the champion of controls improvement & financial compliance, governance, policies and procedures · Manage and motivate team · Compliance with SEBI LODR and Companies act requirements · Qualification:- CA · No of year's exp:- 15-20 years of experience (post completing CA). · Industry:- Pharma preferred, open to Chemicals/allied sectors with listed company experience. · Essential Skills: Sound knowledge of accounting standard and SAP working environment in listed companies, Good team management skills.
