Job Description : Head of Sales - Automotive Tier 1 Supplier Location: Michigan USA , a leading automotive tier 1 supplier in the Electronics market, is looking for a Head of Sales to join their team in Michigan. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets Lead, manage and mentor the sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure consistent growth Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: 10+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that have driven revenue growth Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in the Automotive industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of the automotive industry, including trends, regulations, and competitors
