10 yearsJob Description : BUSINESS EXPANSION HEAD VIETNAM The Head of Business Expansion will be responsible for leading cross-functional and international expansion projects, working with different business teams (IT team, BD team, etc.). The successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset and strong decision-making skills, as well as the ability to manage multifaceted projects with different stakeholders. Lead cross-functional and international expansion projects, working with different business teams (IT team, BD team, etc.) Work on strategy and closely follow up with the requirements and timelines Build a close relationship with top-tier clients in the market Lead the market expansion and represent the company in new areas (countries in APAC) while liaising with headquarters Set up and manage P&L for the whole country Monitor the performance of team members (~100 employees including MKT, BD, and AM teams) Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads Develop budgets, plans, reports, and forecasts Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats Work closely with the executive team to align growth and expansion initiatives with overall company strategy Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least five years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional and international expansion projects Deep understanding of the ad-tech industry and trends Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
