Job Description : REGIONAL S & OP HEAD THAILAND Reporting directly to Managing Director, this is a role for a Regional Demand Planner who is expert in FMCG industry and with experience of team management. In this business critical role, you will be responsible for end-to-end process of demand and capacity planning for countries in the cluster. You will also lead the S&OP meeting, ensure proper inventory level, and serve the customers at the best service level. The salary range for this role is competitive with provident fund and medical insurance. Lead demand and capacity planning for countries in the cluster Facilitate S&OP meeting to align and decide on sales forecast numbers for business Provide sales analysis and trend of products to foresee opportunity as well as influence and driven all key stakeholders Assess risks along process and work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution Coordinate with key stakeholders to deliver new product development plans Manage team of demand and supply planners in region To succeed in the Regional S&OP Lead job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field At least 10 years work experience in demand planning role in FMCG business, managerial level Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Advance skill in MS Excel High level of proficiency in English and Thai (listening, reading, writing, speaking) Proven ability to lead and influence teams of professionals; vendors; clients to achieve cost effective and timely business focused solutions
