Job Description : MANUFACTURING MANAGER THAILAND A world’s leading non-woven fabrics is seeking a high-calibre Manufacturing Manager (x 1 vacancy) based in Chonburi to drive their manufacturing operations towards sustainable improvement and ensure smooth manufacturing operations of the plant. Reporting to Plant Manager, you will take the lead providing direction to all engineering and manufacturing aspects including support launch management, production, process improvement, and quality to drive sustainable development. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus and provident fund. Lead manufacturing process including arranging the production equipment, machine parameter set up, implement process technology Supervise manufacturing team to ensure smooth mass production and support launching new products in term of manufacturing aspect Coordinate all necessary document FMEA, control plans, work instructions, standard time, production cycle times, capacity of machine and manpower Advise technical term, machine installation, VA/VE activity to meet customer requirement, and drive continuous improvement project within the department and across the plant Develop and control budget including manage manufacturing and maintenance staffs under responsibility and make proposals concerning further developments such as training, evaluation, organisation, assessments to meet team target To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead and unite effectively and possess a keen understanding of non-woven fabrics manufacturing operations for multinational organisation. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with master’s degree is a plus At least 10 years’ manufacturing management experience with an international manufacturer Great communication and presentation skills Direct & practical experience in manufacturing process and lean manufacturing with solid supply chain knowledge is an advantage
