Production and Supply Planning Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION AND SUPPLY PLANNING MANAGER THAILAND An exciting Production & Supply Planning Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the best FMCG in the world based in Samutprakarn, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, this is a role for someone who has experienced working in material and production planning with experience of implementing supply chain system such as SAP (PP/MM)/ SAP APO/ SAP HANA, and so on in manufacturing company. In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for leading production and supply planning, which is the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, metrics, training, pilot and resources. As well as collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities. The salary range for this role is competitive with provident fund and medical insurance. Responsible for analysing data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency (Capacity VS Demand analysis). Administer resource planning data for manufacturing Make recommendations on flow considerations for mid-long term (Production concept) Develop and monitor internal and external key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, service level, manufacturing frequency indicator (MFL), manufacturing schedule adherence (MSA), supply unit manage inventory (SUMI) Facilitate collaboration meetings with stakeholders to review risk, to close operational gaps, proposed orders, and other operational issues Project forward-looking inventory positions Monitor status of material shelf lifetime, and pre-alert to logistics planners to avoid situation of over shelf-life issue Analysing and monitoring future demands and capacities with Third Party Manufacturing (3PM) that target at minimising any network related service level issues while ensuring optimal utilisation of the network Special project such as early involvement in case new process or design to change process thus business impact, testing and perform is required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields At least 12-15 years of working experiences or knowledge in production and supply planning in FMCG business Experiences of SAP system implementation i.e. SAP (PP, MM), SAP APO, SAP HANA is advantage Good command of spoken and written English
