Job Description : GM MENA 25+ years experience General Manager to lead our operations in one of the largest entities within the MENA region. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving financial targets, managing a team of 250+ staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities: Drive growth and achieve financial targets in the region Deliver exceptional customer service to clients Stay ahead of the competition through successful diversification and technical innovation Develop and grow business in the region through effective business development strategies Communicate and report openly and regularly, fostering a culture of collaboration and sharing of information Requirements: Significant industry experience in leading successful B2B service organizations in the region, ideally within oil & gas, power, chemical, petrochemical, civil infrastructure operators, and EPC contractors. Proven track record of engaging and developing managers and leaders and leading by example Cultural affinity for the region with a successful track record of developing and growing business Strategic mind combined with practical ability to make plans happen quickly and financial savvy Strong leadership and communication skills, able to operate across a large and diverse geographic area Ability to analyze and interpret information to identify trends, form conclusions, make decisions, and inspire continuous improvement Proven ability to engage customers at the highest levels to retain, grow, and diversify business for the company Innovative thinking and first-rate problem-solving skills Effective influencing and negotiation skills Quality and results focus with high level of personal and business integrity Qualifications & Skills Undergraduate Engineering degree from a well-recognized university. A post-graduate degree such as an MBA would be regarded as advantageous but not essential. Fluent Arabic would be advantageous but not essential.
