Job Description : Manager – Sales (TMT BAR).* *Location: Mali, Western Africa.* *Qualification : Any Graduate or MBA (Preferable).* *Experience : 08 - 10 Years in TMT Bar / Wire Rod & Structural products sales.* Salary : 10 – 12 Lacs/Annum (Ticket, Visa, Food & Accommodation from Company side).* *Job description :* • Drive Sales of TMT Bars and Wire Rods products through Dealers, Distributors & channel partners. • Develop, Deploy and utilize the sales resources effectively and Lead them from the front to establish a strong marketing footprint for TMT Bar & Wire Rod products. • Generate MIS on daily performance of Retail team for daily management of performance. • Monitors performance of the entire sales team and dealer network daily Trains, coaches and motivates the sales force
