10 yearsJob Description : SALES HEAD PHILIPPINES This is an individual contributor role, wherein you will be needed to help with the company's Business to Business Sales In this role you will be working with diverse group of individuals. Given your Business-to-Business Sales experience, the team will be needing assistance in Strategic B2B selling and Account Management Key Responsibilities: Deliver the financial targets (e.g., Sales, EBITDA and Working Capital) for company’s B2B business in Crop protection industry. Analyze Crop Protection market and develop Sales strategy including product portfolio offerings for existing Strategic alliances and B2B partners (National and Regional players). Generate revenue and improve business contribution by introducing new products in portfolio to existing B2B partners and addition of potential customers. Improve business contribution through introduction of differentiated portfolios. Ensure timely collections. To set up targets, to compile the yearly budget, be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets. Make annual business plan and provide 12 months forecast in alignment with the business plan. Establish / strengthen cooperation with new / existing Strategic Alliances and B2B partners by introducing new portfolio. To be successful in this Sales Head Role you must have the ability to produce work product that is thorough and accurate. Responds to changing needs of the business; personally, identifies and champions new ideas for improvement and growth. Key Requirements: BS degree in Agriculture, Management, Marketing, or any related courses At least 10 - 15 years of experience in Sales in Crop protection industry. Excellent understanding of financial concepts Driving ability Willing to travel
