15 yearsJob Description : HR DIRECTOR PHILIPPINES This HR Director works with global/regional Leaders to make sure that HR is aligned with business goals. As you will be the Change Facilitator, they are looking for and HR professional with experience leading change that builds capability reduces complexity and cost. You must have exposure in HR in a business context – someone who has a deep understanding of business needs and business environment and how these translate into HR plans and solutions. Acting as HR Partner for the New GSK commercial business to lead HR priorities in the country with focus on talent, capabilities and culture agenda Partner with HRBLs and/or Regional Ops Head to understand the strategic objectives, and business needs of each business within the country Key point of contact for Senior Business Leaders in country and escalation point for other matters escalated through HR model, to ensure a positive customer experience Chair relevant governance boards and ensure an effective HR Service Delivery Model is in place to ensure the People Services team meets business requirements, customer experience targets and other KPIs Management and oversight of supply and demand planning in country in alignment with the global HR demand planning process Ensure geographical/cultural sensitivities for any required changes in region or in country are appropriately managed Define or oversee the development and implementation of local, regional and global HR policies and processes in country, driving process standardisation, simplification and improvement and ensure appropriate controls are in place and monitored Play a key role in embed and grow for Workday, ServiceNow usage and capability by ensuring HR, line managers and employees make efficient and effective use of the Workday and ServiceNow platforms To be successful in this HR Director (Pharmaceuticals) role, in partnership with HRBLs, Regional ER team and others, you must ensure effective support to employee relations in country and ensure effective risk management of HR activities. You must also partner with the appropriate HR resource to support the deployment of HR initiatives in the country (e.g. organisational change, new CoE programmes, HR Transformation) Works as OneHR with other partners to deliver for the business Demonstrates excellence in coaching by integrating into conversations with leaders in the business and HR Spots opportunities and uses data for continuous improvement and to enhance the customer experience Balances the priorities across different business areas and demonstrates knowledge and understanding across all business areas in the country Demonstrates excellent contracting, challenging and reframing the need when necessary Demonstrates excellent resource planning and the ability to forecast company's future need for HR support Shares collective responsibility for the reputation of HR by partnering effectively across the HR Operating Model being clear on accountabilities and ways of working Influences and work collaboratively with the business to drive the HR strategy
