General Manager Engineering

Job Description : GM ENGINEERING INDONESIA An attractive GM Engineering (Mining, East Kalimantan) job with managerial opportunities has become available at a prestigious coal mining company in Indonesia. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Engineering, you will lead all several manager in mine planning, geological, and geotechnical division. As the GM Engineering, you will be in charge of optimising the mining reserves and resource as well as managing the mining contractors. Manage the mine plan from pre-mining to completion by taking into account the profitability's aspects, availability of the mining resources, HSE, and good governance Maximise the mining reserves and reports of remaining mine-able reserves whose data is required for preparing mine plan Create and evaluate mine plans for the whole LOM (Life Of Mine) and five-year annual plans To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of mining reserves and resources. Bachelor's degree in mining or geology engineering, preferably a master's graduate 15 years of work experience in mining with five or more years of experience in coal mining POM certification or higher Knowledge in K3LH and basic of Mine Economy Management Good computer literacy (Ms. Office, MineScape, Xpac, Minex)
