FP & A Manager

Job Description : FP & A MANAGER INDONESIA In this job, you will be responsible for all finance, budgeting and forecasting for the company along with other ad hoc issues. This position will be a critical role within the finance division reporting directly to the CFO. Based in Jakarta, this is a great opportunity to join the finance team of an FMCG company. Produce timely and accurate financial statements, consisting of Annual Budget,Strategic Plan, Monthly Forecast Review monthly actual result versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and provide commentaries Build intense communication with budget holders to ensure that they are fully aware of their responsibilities and to ensure actual results are in line with budget Send out monthly spending (expenses) versus budget to all Department Heads on a monthly basis, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget Provide financial support to Commercial and Operation Team Function in terms of business project Prepare financial reports on an ad hoc basis Keep updated on business, industry and economic updates to enhance quality of financial services provided Accounting degree (S1) from a reputable university; MM/MBA is a plus 10 years of workiexperience in a Financial Planning/Management Accounting area, preferably with a multinational FMCG company Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills Able to multitask, be a self-starter, proactive and a good team player Willing and able to meet tight deadlines Good command of English both verbal and in writing Ability to operate Microsoft Excel and Power Point; VBA or Microsoft Access, is an advantage
