Job Description : GM COAL PRODUCTION INDONESIA A GM Production (Coal) job has become available at a leader within the mining world. Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the GM Production (Coal) will be responsible for the direction and management of all productions in site. Monitor all mining contractors, follow up and report safety inspections or unsafe conditions on work, environment, and tools to ensure the production process runs safely Plan and develop shift work activities and ensure their implementation is in accordance with the plan to support production achievement Review and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of using heavy equipment in supporting the process and achieving production targets Manage and ensure the accuracy of routine reports related to the mining production process Implement safety, health and environmental (K3L) regulations in the work area To succeed in this GM Production (Coal) role, you must have good understanding in conceptual, scoping, management and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in mining/geology engineering Minimum of 10 years of experience in coal mining Must be proficient in English Experienced in coal resources and reserves, mine planning, mine channelling, and coal logistics POM certification, POU is an advantage Willing to be based in Kalimantan
