Head of Technical Commercialization

Job Description : Head of Technical Commercialization SINGAPORE will be leading the development & commercialization execution from the proof of concept stage till the system is rolled out at the customers' sites. This includes overseeing of the formulation, process development, management of the R&D lab for pilot trials and managing the project team during the scale-up phase. The ideal candidate will have a sound commercial background and P&L management experience. · PHD Degree or Masters Degree in Polymer or a relevant discipline in Science or Engineering · Significant experience in R&D for polymer or plastics products with commercial background Joining the newly established Asia team gives you the chance to participate in the development of a core operations unit that will contribute to the organization's expansive growth.
