IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Description : IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER DRC 12+ years experience To be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. He will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Manage information technology, SAP environment and computer systems as per the guidelines laid by HO IT in India. 2. Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations 3. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance 4. Coordinate with Head Office IT team for implementing SAP and various system. 5. Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, mails, policies and procedures as per Guidance by HO IT. 6. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems 7. Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy 8. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time in coordination with HO IT in India 9. Audit systems and assess their outcomes 10. Preserve assets, information security and control structures 11. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Desired Skills The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industrys best practice processes. 1. Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience 2. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems 3. Expertise in SAP, Sales Force Automation and data governance 4. Hands-on experience with Beverage industry and on computer networks, network administration and network installation 5. Experience of working in Africa is desirable but not essential 6. Excellent communication Skill - French & English
