Construction Director

Job Description : CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR PORTUGAL Civil construction and urban rehabilitation company, with a strong focus on the construction of large residential buildings and hotel buildings, seeks to strengthen its production team with Construction Directors. This Work Director will report directly to the production coordinator and will be responsible for managing the work under his charge. Its main functions will be: • Manage teams in order to optimize results in terms of execution, deadlines, costs and customer satisfaction; •Ensure the maintenance and development of the human and material resources of the agency/work; •Validate the technical viability of the projects; • Define workload plans; •Ensure that operations run smoothly in accordance with the technical, safety, qualitative and financial objectives defined by Management, •Ensure that safety, health and environmental procedures are properly applied. • Degree/Master in Civil Construction, Civil Engineering at a reference University; •At least 15+ years of significant experience in management in the construction of buildings, in particular housing and hotels. •Works in the order of €5/7 million.
