Job Description : DRA FINANCE ANALYTICS MALAYSIA one of the well known MNC operating in 180 countries having their analytical division in Malaysia. We are looking DRA : Finance analytics : Location : KL LOCATION : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia We are looking for some pne h PURPOSE STATEMENT The Manager in DRA is responsible for driving a team of Data Scientists & Analysts to unlock business value, identifying areas of opportunities and developing long-term data science products, frameworks, tools, and standards. The person is expected to assign the appropriate team member to projects and track them to completion while helping team members upskill and develop themselves and engaging with senior stakeholders. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: The candidate is expected to - Manage 8 to 12 team members to deliver projects & business value in a domain Engage & manage senior stakeholders to introduce & implement innovation / replication of DRA solutions 1. Work with global stakeholders to create, design & deliver BI / Analytical solutions & products 2. Support the design & implementation of delivery processes to produce outcomes efficiently & adopt industry best practices. 1. Manage resource utilisation and allocation to meet agreed SLA while reducing non-value adding time Lead the GBS - DRA culture and ways of working and strive to constantly work towards creating a better DRA brand within the company 1. Ensure compliance to various standards of data, privacy, visualization & ethics REQUIREMENTS Educational qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Economics / Maths / Analytics Minimum of 10 years of hands-on working experience in Dashboarding / Data Visualization / Advanced Analytics / Modelling / delivery in the domains of Operations / Sales & Marketing / Finance / HR of which atleast 4 years have been in managing teams Hands-on experience in anyone of the following areas: 1. Analytics programming languages like R, Python, SPSS, SAS to deliver analytics data preparation, modelling, AI, ML and other modern techniques 2. Visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI along with understanding of UI / UX tools Minimum experience of 5 years in managing & engaging global stakeholders independently is a must Strong communication skills with the ability to sell ideas & solutions is required Experience in Cloud environments like Azure / AWS would be necessary while exposure to RDBMS tools like SQL, Oracle along with SAP will be an added advantage Excellent knowledge of MS Office would be necessary Leading projects & teams through ambiguous & dynamic situations in a global multi-functional environment Drives innovation & knowledge sharing across DRA Global DNA Act commercially and in a consumer centric way Collaborate and influence Develop leaders and teams Drive and own results Think strategically and prioritize Ambitious, courageous and resilient Total 15+ years experience
