Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : FO THAILAND A leading retail and distribution company, publicly listed in Bangkok, is seeking a CFO to provide strategic financial leadership to the organization. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and the executive team to ensure the company achieves its financial goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and oversee the company's financial planning process Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets, and projections Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecasts Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting principles and standards Oversee the preparation of regulatory filings, including tax returns, and other compliance reporting Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the audit process Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls Treasury and Cash Management: Manage the company's cash flow, including cash forecasting and management of banking relationships Oversee the management of working capital, including accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable Monitor and manage foreign currency exposure and hedging activities Capital Planning and Management: Develop and implement capital expenditure plans in line with the company's strategic goals and objectives Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence Manage relationships with financial institutions and investors Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team and the wider organization Manage and develop a high-performing finance team Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance function Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification At least 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, financial reporting, and financial analysis Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a public company Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
