10 yearsJob Description : HEAD OF FMCG BUSINESS UNIT THAILAND FMCG company(skincare and cosmetic industry) based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a role for sales and marketing professional who is a leader in their field. The Head of Business Unit in this role would have the responsibility of overseeing the sales and marketing team for the skincare and cosmetic portfolio in both Thailand and Philippines. You will play a crucial role in managing the P&L and driving sales and revenue growth in these two markets. Therefore, you must have a comprehensive understanding of these markets, including consumer behaviour, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan for the business unit that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives Manage the P&L for the business unit, ensuring that financial targets are met or exceeded Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders Oversee the development of new products and manage the product portfolio to ensure that it meets customer needs and expectations Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that they achieve their targets and objectives Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote the company's products and brand Analyse market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation Provide regular reports to CCO on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics To succeed in the Head of Business Unit position for FMCG business, you must have a combination of sales and marketing skills with a strong background in brand building, sales, and financial skills in managing P&L. At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry, with a strong background in brand building and product development Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in a highly competitive market Strong financial skills, with experience in managing P&L and budgeting Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
