After Sales Head

Job Description : AFTERSALES HEAD MALAYSIA In this business critical role, you will be responsible for all aftersales processes in a 4S dealership including workshop, parts sales, warranty, services, etc. Recruit, interview, train, guide and monitor the whole team members in aftersales department – to ensure operations go smoothly Plan, organise and implement aftersales marketing campaigns Drive the team to promote parts and services Analyse market potential and market exhaustion Apply management and strategy tools and methods (e.g. market analysis, SWOT, change management, budget planning, resource planning, target settings) Prepare and manage the annual operating budget of the after-sales department and annual aftersales budget for the principal Plan department objectives as per company KPI Ensure all aftersales reports are submitted to the principal and meet deadlines Manage and lead the service department to deliver quality service and maintain customer satisfaction in aftersales Plan for expansion and to improve on the existing processes Push for service excellence and for profitability To succeed in this Head of Aftersales (Automotive) role, you must have experience in the automotive industry with strong technical skills in the aftersales department. Experience in aftersales in the automotive industry Preferably with mechanical/technical/engineering background Takes initiative, proactive and results-driven Resourceful and strong problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English Strong relationship management and influencing skills Planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
