Job Description : DESIGHN HEAD HYDREBAD INDIA Head Design for Reputed Real estate company Should be Bachelor's/Master degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering · Minimum of 20 years of applicable professional experience in the Design · Sound knowledge in local statutory codes and authority submission/application procedures. · Creativity, imagination and sound design sense. Good 3-dimensional awareness is required. · Good communication skills, as well as the ability to visualize designs and communicate them to others. · Good drawing and IT skills, including being proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD and Sketch-up. · Experience in developing and managing capital budgets · Familiarity with design and implementation of critical systems, backup power and building infrastructure · Capable of managing multiple, concurrent efforts effectively Job Description Participate in the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document phases of the design process and provide real-time cost feedback to the Development Project Managers as the plans and specifications evolve. These key milestones may include, but are not limited to - End of Schematic Design and Full Project Approval · Participate in critical design meetings to analyze plans and specifications for coordination, constructability, value engineering, and completeness. · Prepare pricing for contemplated value engineering, alternative means, methods, materials, and systems, and adjust budgets per approved alternates. · Bring innovation in design to incorporate new trends and customer preferences Monitor design progress for compliance with approved construction cost budgets, development schedules, and quality criteria, and report on any material variances that will affect cost, schedule, and/or quality. · Analyze construction plans prepared by general contractors with respect to safety, logistics, public outreach, parking, etc. and capture all costs necessary to successfully execute such pans. · Generate value engineering and design options for projects, including consultation with Development, Construction, General Contractors, and Consultants. · Working alongside architects, contractors and plant production personnel, design all types and configurations of clients precast products. Review shop drawings and ensure complaince with the engineering designs · Sign and seal drawings and provide valuable assistance to production and field operations with any modifications. · · Monitor quality of off and on-site fabrication from an architectural perspective · Liaise with the project team with respect to cost and time constraints and solutions · Prepare architectural design drawings/packages under various design stages · Supervise related Works as they are being carried out. · Salary Rs Up to 1.50 CPA.
