Finalization of Books of Accounts 2. Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports 3. Should Sound knowledge about Accounting Standard as well as Auditing standard 4. Good Knowledge in ROC Compliance 5. Must have clear idea about Direct and Indirect Taxes y 6. To be lead a team for junior Accountants 8 ppl 7. Must Have sound knowledge on Advance Excel 8. Classification of transactions with respective supporting documents. 9. Guide about Document Management. 10. Monitor entry in the Books Regular. 11. Reconciliation of Bank account 12. Reconciliation of general ledger 13. Handle the Audit of the Financial Statement 14. Write reply to Legal Authority against Notice 15. Sound Knowledge about Cost of the Products 16. Compliance with legal Department 17. Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation 18. Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures 19. Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance department 20. Guide junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes 21. Focus on tax compliance, state business registration, contract review, and non-profit tax filing
