Job Description : MAINTENANCE HEAD GCC 20-25 years experience Qualified engineer with accompanying degree and experience For a company which has a number of plants in the food processing and beverage sector n Must be able to handle a team n Minimize maintenance costs n Improve machine performance and running time n In conjunction with production, find ways to increase efficiency n Able to plan and schedule machine downtime without hurting production n Able to plan and prepare reportds for future greenfield and brownfield expansion projects n Comfortable talking to stake holders as well as on the plant floor n Not afraid to get hands dirty Interviews start in mid May, plan to have candidate on ground by end May Salary no bar for right candidate Prefer Indians or Sri Lankans
