Job Description : Chief Financial Officer Location - Kuwait City Industry Preference - Oil & Gas Salary - 3500 - 4500 KD plus benefits A leading Company in Kuwait is looking for CFO. Ideal candidate must be CA/CPA/CMA with 15 years exp in Strategy and Finance. Must have 5 years' exp in top management. Main Responsibilities:- Advising Management on all financial aspects. Prepare the finance strategy in line with the organization’s overall strategy and mission and ensure that the Finance function is positioned as a key service provider and partner to the business. Consolidation of the annual and long-term capital, operating, and revenue budgets and business plans ensuring adherence to the organization’s strategic objectives & goals, and compliance with requisite guidelines and time targets. Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for the organization, so as to provide clear insight into its financial condition enabling high-quality and agile decision-making. Ensure that the profits of the organization are protected through the establishment of effective budgetary controls and expenditure procedures. Ensure compliance with necessary regulatory frameworks, and maintain tight financial controls throughout the business. Monitor and control the banking activities of the organization. Explore potential opportunities to reduce financial costs, explore and renew banking facilities related to banking requirements needed for operational activities. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard assets. Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented properly to systematize processes Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting teams. Coach, develop and mentor team members
