Job Description : Head of Security - Chemical Organisation-Maharashtra Responsibilities Developing & implementing a Strategic Security Programs & Managing the Physical Security & Assets. To foster a Culture of Security Awareness that Drives Behavioural Changes within the Organisation Building a Comprehensive Security Program that includes Physical Safety & Policies. Reviewing existing Security Measures & updating Protocols Managing the Daily Operations of the Company to Identify Potential Security Risks & area for Improvements. Fostering a Culture of Physical & Digital Security Awareness by Conducting Training Sessions & Communicating with Personnel. Managing, Evaluating & resolving Any Physical or Digital Security Incidents or Breaches. Ensuring that the Company's Security Policies Comply with laws & legislation. Presenting Risk Assessments & Improved Security Policies to Management Team Members. Working with Management to Develop & Implement an Appropriate Budget for Security Programs. Requirements: Officer from a Defence Background Capt /Major Rank Should have undergone Course in Security Management Young Dynamic & Energetic Professional 5-7 years' Exp. Post Defence Services Preferably with a Chemical Organisation Proficiency in Developing Physical & Digital Security Protocols Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Exceptional Managerial Skills & the Ability to lead Team. Experience in a Green Filed Project Security is desired The Place of Posting Would at One of the Plant in Maharashtra & Preference Would be Given to a Marathi or Marathi Speaking Person
