Job Description : Project Manager (Buildings) Dubai We are seeking a Project Manager (Buildings) to join a leading international multi-disciplinary consultancy in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing design projects (buildings) from conception to completion, creating and managing project budgets, ensuring works are delivered on time and in accordance with client requirements. Other duties include, contract negotiations, bidding, managing risks and ensuring projects are profitable and successful. Mandatory Requirements: •10 years' Project Management experience • Previous experience of working within MEP or design consultancies, architectural practices or PMC’s, in a project management capacity • Impeccable communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and clients This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to grow within a top tier organisation with a strong presence in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia.
